40th Annual Saini Sanmmelan Held at Saini Bhawan Rupnagar

40th Annual Saini Sammelan was held at Saini Bhawan, Rupnagar on 6th April 2024. Organised by Kaka Ram Saini Charitable Trust (Regd.) Rupnagar, during the function Saini community personalities who have achieved fame in various fields were honoured. Sh. Sandeep Saini, Chairman Punjab Backward Classes land development & Finance Corporation (Backfinco) was chief guest on this occasion. While Er. Bhagwan Singh, Regional Environment Officer (Retd.) Haryana was guest of honour. While addressing the gathering Sh. Sandeep Saini lauded the social activities of Management of Saini Bhawan, Rupnagar for the welfare and glory of Saini Bradari in various field from the last 40 years. He urged the people of Bradari to work unitedly for the promotion of community. Speaking on the occasion, Guest of honour Er. Bhagwan Singh congratulate the management of Saini Bhawan for the noble work being done for the betterment of society. He donated Rs One lack for the development of Saini Bhawan.

During the function S. Saminder Singh of Bhakumajra highlighted the contribution of Saini Bradari to the society in different fields and its rich heritage. Four resolutions were also passed unanimously during the function demanding proper political share in all fields, 27% share for OBC in government jobs, beautification of bank of Sirhind Canal crossing Rupnagar City & to solve the rain water problem of Rupnagar City.

On the occasion 52nd issue of quarterly magazine ‘Saini Sansar’ was also released. Trust president Dr Ajmer Singh, Secretary Balbir Singh, PRO Rajinder Saini, Trustees Rajinder Singh Nanua, Amarjit Singh also addressed the gathering. Saini community personalities were honoured on this occasion. Beside Rupnagar Saini Community delegates from Punjab participated in annual Saini Sanmmelen.
