*SCHOLARSHIPS WORTH Rs. 4.76000/- DISTRIBUTED TO 96 OUTSTANDING & NEEDY STUDENTS

*Two students of IISER Mohali & Bhopal given LR Mundra Memorial Scholarship of Rs. 1.50 lack each

Saini Charitable Education Trust (Regd.) ‘SCET’ organized annual education function on Oct.7th, 2023 at Saini Bhawan Ropar (Rupnagar). During the function scholarships worth Rs.4.76,000/- were distributed among 96 outstanding and needy students belonging to economically weaker families of the society for the academic year 2023-24 studying in higher educational institutes. Apart from this during the event, two students Ramanpreet Kaur and Bhavika Saini, who are studying in Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) Mohali and Bhopal, respectively were given LR Mundra Memorial Scholarship of Rs. 1.50 lack each during the function. Ramanpreet Kaur is conducting research in chemistry, while Bhavika Saini is pursuing research in earth and environment sciences. Prominent exporter of Mohali Gurinder Singh ‘Rana’, who was chief guest on the occasion gave away scholarships and congratulated the management of Saini Bhawan for promoting education through the establishment of Saini Charitable Education Trust. He encouraged students to excel in life through dedicated and diligent study. He also contributed a cheque of Rs. 2 lakh to the Trust to initiate a new scholarship. 50th ISSUE OF MAGAZINE ‘SAINI SANSAR’ RELEASED

Meanwhile during the function 50th issue of quarterly magazine ‘SAINI SANSAR’ published by Kaka Ram Saini Charitable Trust (Regd.) Rupnagar was also released by retired Chief Engineer Panchayati Raj Tejpal Singh Saini. He appreciated the role of Saini Bhawan for undertaking various social & educational activities and congratulated the managing committee of Saini Bhawan for doing selfless service of society. He also donated financial assistance of Rs. 100,00/- to the Trust. Beside Er. Tejpal Singh Saini the gathering was also addressed by Chairman of Saini Charitable Education Trust Balbir Singh Saini, President Rajinder Saini, Secretary Amarjit Singh and the Senior vice president of Kaka Ram Saini Charitable Trust Gurmukh Singh Saini.
