SAINI CHARITABLE EDUCATION TRUST ORGANISED DECLAMATION CONTEST
With a view to highlight the burning issues of the society and to promote self confident among the student community Saini Charitable Education Trust (Regd.) (SCET) organised annual declamation contest on current issue on Oct., 31st, 2019 at Saini Bhawan, Rupnagar. The subject of English language declamation contest was "Drawbacks in Indian Electoral System & Suggestions for improvement" and subject of Punjabi language declamation contest was "Water Conservation". As many as 37 students from various educational institutions participated in the declamation contest. Winners in both the declamation contest were awarded with cash award of Rupees 2000, 1600, 1200 to English language contestant & 1500, 2000, 1000 to Punjabi language contestant respectively. Consolation cash prize of Rupees 500/- each were also given to 4th & 5th position holder in both the contest.
