SAINI CHARITABLE EDUCATION TRUST ORGANISED DECLAMATION CONTEST
With a view to highlight the burning issues of the society and to promote self confident among the student community Saini Charitable Education Trust (Regd.) (SCET) organised annual declamation contest on current issue on Oct., 31st, 2018 at Saini Bhawan, Rupnagar. The subject of English declamation contest was "Migration of youth to foreign countries-Necessity or craze?" and subject of Punjabi language declamation contest was "Paying less respect to elders- Reason & remedy". About 37 students from various schools participated in the declamation contest.
Winners in both the declamation Contest were awarded cash prize of Rupees 2000, 1600, 1200 & 1500, 1200, 1000 respectively and consolation prizes in kinds to 4th & 5th positions too. Certificates to all participants were also given.
