ANNUAL EDUCATION FUNCTION OF SAINI CHARITABLE EDUCATION TRUST-2016
SCHOLARSHIPS WORTH Rs. 6.48 LAKH DISTRIBUTED TO 96 STUDENTS
Saini Charitable Education Trust (Regd.) "SCET" Saini Bhawan, Rupnagar (Ropar) distributed the scholarships worth Rs. 6.48 to as many as 96 outstanding and needy students belonging to economically weaker families of the society for the academic year 2016-17 in annual education function held on October 8th, 2016 at Saini Bhawan, Rupnagar. Prominent colonizers from Chandigarh Kamaldeep Saini were chief guest on this occasion. He distributed the scholarships & while addressing the function Kamaldeep Saini appreciated the social & educational activities of Saini Bhawan for the promotion of education.
On this occasion winners students of declamation contest in Punjabi & English language conducted by trust on Sep. 24th 2016 were alos honoured with Cash awards. Chairman of SCET Sh. L. R. Mundra thanked donors of SCET to help the needy students of society. President of SCET Dr. Ajmer Singh highlighted the various activities of Trust. PRO of Trust Rajinder Saini thanked the Chief Guest and distinguished audience & students. Donors of education trust were also present on this occasion.
